PES was pretty responsive in the initial phases but I struggled with the explanation of the installation process. You are in dire need of a single video that gets into the details. I almost didn’t go with PES because of this issue. That said I am initially pleased with the final product and time will tell if it was a good investment. PS. I have a curtain that covers a high traffic doorway entrance. I need a good solution for that area. If you guys figure something let me know.
