We really enjoyed the enclosures through the winter. For the summer, we rolled them up per the instructions and, as instructed, lowered them monthly to avoid creasing. When I lowered them in July, I noticed the ropes created a mark on the clear portion of the enclosures. I tried to clean it off, but it looks like its baked into the “glass”. Its pretty faint, but I’m afraid this is going to repeat each year. How can we fix this and how can we prevent it?
