Measurements are taken of the actual openings and do not include the framework (header, vertical posts, etc.) of the porch. We will make these adjustments based on your porch framework and the most ideal solution for attaching to your screened porch or patio.
We can also provide detailed instructions on how to measure after receiving your photos.
In some cases you may wish to consolidate panels so curtains span more than a single opening. This will reduce costs, minimizes the number of fasteners, and further reduce air flow. If you prefer to do so, simply include vertical posts the curtain will cover in your overall measurement. However, panels larger than 120″ wide may require additional hardware, so any price savings may be lost.
