Commercial Warranty:
Porch Enclosure Systems (“PES”) Warrants the product including all hardware against defects in material and workmanship as follows:

(1) Labor and craftsmanship: For a period of 90 Days this includes Fabric fade, stitching in curtain, and damage to curtain due to shipping

(2) Parts: PES will provide new parts needed if damaged or ineffective this includes Tracks, Loxx fasteners and studs, Screws, Cleats, and Pulleys.

(3) PES warranty will not cover Pull cord ropes, Clear vinyl damage, track zippers, as these are considered consumables. It will also not cover any damage done to the curtain during inclement weather of acts of God.

(4) This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, installation, Accidents, misuse, negligence, or modification to any part of the product.

Customers will have 15 days upon receipt to install and inspect the product or the 90 Day warranty will be voided.
Proof of purchase in the form of bill of sale or invoice which is evidence the system is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service.

To obtain warranty service you must take the product or ship the product in its original or packaging affording an equal degree of protection directly to Porch Enclosure systems.

Repair or replacements as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. PES shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express of implied warranty.
