The curtains turned out well overall and look great! However there are 2 issues that I need your help with:

i) Panel E turned out to be 6 inches too short. It was made as per the measurement on file (82.25″) but somehow the measurement got entered incorrectly into the file! The panel length needs to be 88.25″. I had double checked the measurements so I am not sure what went wrong here – the other panels are of the correct length. I have attached a picture for your reference. I would really appreciate it if you could offer some options to remedy this.

ii) Panel C came with a small hole in it – 2 pics attached. Is there a patch kit that you can send me?
