My experience up-front was great. However, there were issues with the fabrication causing problems with the installation and requiring me to return one curtain for modifications. I was told that once received, modifications would be made within a day and it would be returned immediately. Not only have I not rec’d the modified curtain (now 2 weeks in your possession), but have attempted to get an update for the past week without any response from PES. Had snow recently, increasing hassle and problem around entire situation. Super unhappy right now.
